Photoshop & 3D Mouse

When 3D Mouse (SpaceMouse) is installed, launching Photoshop will prompt this menu:

Then, you just have to follow the instruction.

I usually just assign Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Q to avoid any clash in the future.
